Non-Returnable Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our Study Assets (Visual Notes, Multi-Lingual Podcasts, Explainer Videos), all sales are final and non-returnable once delivered to you via email or download link.
Bulk Orders & Installment Plans
For customers purchasing in bulk with an installment payment plan, please note that payments made for materials already delivered cannot be refunded, regardless of future installment status.

Cancellation Process
You may cancel your monthly marketing package at any time by sending a written request to ai.nirvanik@gmail.com at least 15 days before your next billing date.
Current Billing Period
Our marketing services are billed monthly in advance. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. You'll continue receiving services until the end of the paid period.

Important: Free Website Minimum Commitment
Marketing packages include a professional website as a complimentary gift, conditional on a minimum 6-month commitment. Early cancellation may require payment for website design, setup, and hosting services already provided.
Standalone Website Services
One-Time Setup Fee
The ₹7,999 one-time setup fee covers professional website design and development services. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced as it compensates our designers and developers for time and resources already invested in your project.
Our setup process includes custom design work, content integration, responsive development, and thorough testing before launch.
Quarterly Hosting & Maintenance
Our quarterly maintenance fee of ₹1,199 ensures your website remains secure, updated, and performing optimally. This fee is charged in advance and is non-refundable for the quarter already paid.
You may cancel future quarterly renewals by providing written notice before your next billing date. Our maintenance includes security updates, performance optimization, and technical support.
